| We need to renew our legislature, we must choose new people. Support for Israkifndelyk Prta increases if the elections were held today, we can count on the support of 6% of voters in accordance with the latest JBS survey. I am appealing for the support of new elections to check how much the "Great Coalition" has support and how much to let new people join our legislature. |

| Message | Mr Speaker, We must remind the Communist Party that our constitution clearly states that elections are held every six years - not every time their party proposes a few new bills or carries out a survey. There is good reason for this, not least stability of the political system. This is the second time the Communists have called for early elections with no justification and clearly no chance of winning the vote within nine months. This is disruptive, a waste of time and flies in the face of fundamental laws that have been part of this country for many centuries. We ask them to play a more productive part in the legislature and then, perhaps, when elections do come along in January 4397 they will find the electorate will take them more seriously and their representation in this chamber will reflect that.
