| This bill will establish Lake Talsee as a "place where man and nature coexist in harmony," where all citizens will be able to do recreational activities that are suitable for the public. Signs will be up to inform people that they are entering a "nude lake" area and a half mile buffer area will be placed so children will still be safe from public indecency. |

| Message | NAV, I acknowledge that public nudity is not a criminal offense in Dundorf. However, this bill simply proposes Lake Talsee as another place for leisure for the people of Dundorf. If they wish to be naked, with this bill, they can be naked at Lake Talsee. Plus, I don't believe that parents or really anyone would like to see a bellend dangling around while people are trying to go to their everyday lives. If people wish to be nude, which we have no restraint about, they can either do it in public where they might be shamed, or they can do it where everyone else is doing it and they can relax. |
