Message | Biological, Chemical and Nuclear weapons put innocent civilians at serious risk aswell as the use of Land Mines. All wars should be fought with situation ethics in mind, and the protection of innocent civilians such be our number one priority. To me, the proposals don't agree with that in the slightest. I urge all to vote no |

Message | "wars should be fought with situation ethics" has to be the most comical quote made in this legislature during the past 100 years. |

Message | Comical isn't quite the term. Civilian Casualties should forever be our number one priority if war is to arise and having the proposed options open is allowing for a more dangerous route. |

Message | I agree with these propositions. Although Liberty supported the implementation of article 1 previously we have come to realize that if a nation uses nuclear weapons against Beluzia first the war has reached irreconcilable and devastating proportions and whatever we retaliate with will be merely an attempt to take them down with us. By maintaining an "any time" capability we make our opponents aware that their cities may be reduced to ash first and without warning leveling the playing field considerably. Liberty earnestly hope that it never comes to that and that Beluzia maintain peaceful relations with all people on Terra. |
