Description[?]:

Section 6 of the Game Rules (LINK: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=7856) requires that large scale RPs obtain the consent of all players involved. Because our country is likely to be impacted by the war, we must vote to decide if we want our country to formally participate. If we decide to participate, the following rules will apply:

1. All participating countries and belligerents will be expected to participate for the duration of the war or until the legislature approves a peace treaty.

2. If our country does not participate in Role Playing the war for 3 real-life days, other players will be allowed to proceed with the Role Play and may Role Play an unfavorable outcome for our country in any hostilities our country had participated in up to that point. Any unfavorable outcomes will be discussed and decided by consensus in the OOC Planning Thread (LINK:). However, if a consensus cannot be reached within one real-life week, the Global Role Play Committee (LINK: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=7854) will be asked to decide.

3. The war will continue until it is decided through discussion and consensus in the OOC Planning Thread that the war has run its course.

4. When consensus is reached that the war has run its course, the various participants must formally declare the end of hostilities by negotiating peace treaties with all relevant parties and passing the peace treaties by 2/3ds absolute majority in their legislatures. The terms of the peace treaties will be up to the negotiators to decide, however the terms may include losses and exchanges of territory, citizens, money and reparations, strategic weaponry, or any other thing of value chosen by the negotiators; the terms may also include requirements or prerequisites to pass certain laws in either or both countries if the negotiators so choose.

5. If any two participants in the war cannot decide through consensus in the OOC Planning Thread who is the winner and who is the loser, then within one real-life week after the war is deemed to have run its course, the Global Role Play Committee will be asked to read the war Role Plays and determine the winners and losers.
