The bill is proposed for the sake of public safety and the limitation of possible damage to people and property. The bill is not intended to prohibit the sale of fireworks, merely limit the size and power rating of fireworks to unlicensed adults and to prevent minors from purchasing and possessing fireworks and other explosives. |
