The following bill is intended to limit the sale of explosives inc. fireworks in Aloria. The bill is proposed for the sake of public safety and the limitation of possible damage to people and property. The bill is not intended to prohibit the sale of fireworks, merely limit the size and power rating of fireworks to unlicensed adults and to prevent minors from purchasing and possessing fireworks and other explosives.

MessageTo leave the purchase of fireworks unregulated is to risk public health. Minors having the right to purchase explosives is far to risky for us to allow to continue in our great land. The limitation of explosives available to the public is paramount for the advancement of Aloria.
