MessageHuge invasion of civil liberties and increases theftation. NO!

If you outlaw a person of religious convictions from wearing symbols he / she regards as central to their belief while exercising their duties you are effectively banning religous people from office. For every single religious person I have ever met puts their religion first, second, third, fourth,....................................work, on that scale, wouldn't even enter the horizon.

You socialists are supporting the disenfranchisement of a large section of this society!

The stench of a backroom corrupt deal is overwhelming, it is almost as strong as the smell of burning socialist principles.

While I personally am not religious, we fully agree with the Libertarians on this.

Message1) we believe the state must be kept absolutely neutral in religious issues. one representing the state shall not demonstrate his religion by any means _while_excercising_ his_duties_ as _a _representative_of_the_ state_.

2) we are not socialist (and you are apparently not liberarian)

MessageAnd you obviously know less than nothing about Libertarianism (including the way to spell it).

One of the central tenets of Libertarianism is the individuals freedom to do as they wish as long as it brings no harm on any other! That most definitely includes religous freedom, even though most Libertarians, (myself included) are atheist.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".

Random quote: "If liberty and equality, as is thought by some are chiefly to be found in democracy, they will be best attained when all persons alike share in the government to the utmost." - Aristotle
