Bill: Proposal for the Adoption of a More Efficient Economic Structure
Details
Submitted by[?]: Front for State Prosperity
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 2198
Description[?]:
The current "free market" system of innumerable and often conflicting businessmen with their endless variety of different agendas is inefficient and wasteful. A more proper economic system would be one that addressed the true economic needs of Likatonia. We at the Front for State Prosperity know that to switch over suddenly would cause much hardship for the Likatonian people and would likely be soon reversed anyways. Therefore, we propose an incrememental step to bring us closer to the path that our nation should take without causing economic disruption. |

Message | This "threat of failure" would still exist. The difference is that under this initiative the government could bring in economic experts to restructure the business and save at least some of the jobs by returning it to marginal profitability. |
