Description[?]:
Always wanting to improve and protect the civil liberties of Kanjor's citizens, we put forward this bill. In a modern western society, the government should not be involved in regulating adultery. Individuals should be able to protect themselves from defamatory opinions published and spoken about them, as these too can harm the reputation and standing of an individual, and thus require the tort of defamation to protect them from defamatory opinion, unless proven true. While the national public health care system is very important, and should remain free for all citizens, people should have the right to choose well regulated private treatment for elective surgeries and minor procedures, such as cosmetic surgery and dental care. This will in no way affect the excellent national health service of Kanjor |

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature. |
