MessageA Very laudable goal in the name of the Proletariat and Bourgeoisie alike!
However in regards to Article two if the means of Healthcare were subsidized it would permit the elderly to a early, agreeable, and inexpensive retirement.

MessageActually the article 2 were removed, it was about a basic, temporary guarantee of minimum income. Article 3 was about pension system.
