Message | I'm voting against this, not because I'm opposed to it, but just because non-included parties traditionally do. I've got to say, this is an interesting move, to say the least; considering that the BTP has enough seats to form a government by itself... |

Message | The most recent election was a referendum of our success so far in government, and it is clear from the results that people believe we could be doing better. Furthermore, this is a trying time internationally, and so we find having more of a diversity of opinion in how our nation is governed can only benefit us. |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
