| It is time that our country updates its environmental laws. The people claims of an update of the laws addressing the effects of human activity on the natural environment. We need to embrace the environmental legal principles to properly manage specific natural resources, such as forests, minerals, or fisheries. |

Hopefully, all the political parties that want to improve our nation will take advantage of this first reading of the law when we introduce this bill to a legislature to express their opinions on how we can improve the present bill. Hopefully, that will improve the bill and increase the support to pass the bill after the second reading. |
