Article 1: In order to prevent minor parties without any seats from altering the government and their coalitions, only the largest party in Parliament may propose a coalition for governance and a cabinet.

Article 2: This will extend the terms of Parliament to 42 months, which will be half of a year longer than the current terms, but will also promote stability in Parliament, by allowing the governing coalition to achieve their work without having to worry about re-elections for longer.
