Description[?]:
Mr Speaker, We would like to set a new standard for the use of weapons of mass destruction, which, if agreed here, we would take to the international community and look for all countries to adopt. Please note that these proposals apply in relation to the current stable nuclear powers and would not apply if a rogue state or terrorist suddenly acquired such weaponry. Message | Mr. Speaker, As the most prominent military power on the globe we should keep our options open. Who enters a game of poker with two hands tied to his back? Nobody bar a mad man! The GNP rejects this proposal on the grounds that the military should not be limited in what they can do to protect our safety.
