| Mr Speaker, The Rutanian Elitist Party is proposing the setting up of a Select Committee to investigate the colonial past of Rutania, the conduct of Rutanian authorities in the Carina Neck, formerly known as Rutanian East Dovani. The select committee would also uncover the way in which Rutanian East Dovania was lost/waisted in the past, and investigate way to re-acquire this important part of our country. Henceforth I propose the following resolution. Carina Neck Investigation Resolution Article 1. - The Rutanian Parliament sets up the Carina Neck Investigation Select Committee Article 2. - The Committee is constituted by one member from each political party occupying seats in the Parliament. Article 3. - The Chair of the Committee is to be appointed by the Presidential Office. Article 4. - The Committee will have access to all state files related to Rutanian East Dovani.
