Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Description[?]:
Should Rutania be invaded by a foreign power or war declared against us, this act gives the power to both the President and the Defense Minister to defend Rutania to the best of their abilities using the armed forces of Rutania. This act declares that they can only authorise the use of weapons of mass destruction, those being nuclear, biological and chemical weapons, if those weapons have been used against Rutania, otherwise they will need the authorisation of the Rutanian Parliament. This act also declares that Rutania will defend itself against attack vigorously and that we will not surrender our freedom to anyone. |
