(1) All citizens of the Federal Union of Gaduridos, regardless of race, religion, and gender, shall be subject to the same laws, privileges, and immunities. (i) No law may, therefore, specifically target a race, religion, or gender. (2) No Federal State may enact nor enforce any law that violates article (1).
