MessageAmina Bengazi, Whip of AR:

"Mr Speaker,
AR oppose both the reforms. Leaving to the government such power could only increase the risk of the establishment of a bribes system, with the foreign companies trying to "purchaise" investment rights and company quotas through corruption of those government officials involved in the decision. Furthermore we think this could undermine the attractiveness of Istalia for the foreign investors.

The second reform, it is really unacceptable. Such a right cannot be something of different within the same nation. The women of Mezzodiurno should have the same rights of the ones of Sarregna, for example. We are talking about civil rights! These clearly are not matters of local governments!
