Description[?]:

With this bill we plan on protecting Gagaku, a musical genre created by Kunihito natives around 3750 and that has been declining in recent decades. With the passage of this bill:
-Government will build and fund music schools that teach Gagaku to students
-Private music schools will be allowed
-Government will subsidize part of the costs with instruments for low-income students
-Government will organize, fund and promote musical events centered on Gagaku
-Government will support Gagaku musicians with funds to stay in activity and bring Gagaku music back to its past glory
-Government will support initiatives in regular schools that teach Gagaku to students including its history

MessageOur culture and our arts are essential aspects of our country. Protecting it is an obligation we have to past generations and to future generations. We hope to count with other parties support in passing a bill that will protect the most ancient musical genre in Sekowo. A musical genre that makes our culture and our country proud and most not vanish. Younger generations need to learn Gagaku and carry forward the legacy of their grandfathers and grandmothers. We have a role to do in making sure the young people of this country respect our country's culture and make it flourish all over the world. We can't accept to have other countries supplanting us on everything, we must protect the legacy past generations left us and that includes passing this bill and protecting as much as we can Gagaku music.
