We feel that some of the restrictions placed on Likatonian industry and society are rather outdated. We propose the following. |

Old value:: The use of animals to test cosmetic products is regulated.
Current: Animals may not be used for testing cosmetics products.
Proposed: The use of animals to test cosmetic products is unregulated.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Government policy with respect to the death penalty.
Old value:: The death penalty is not applied, except for terrorism, treason and crimes against mankind.
Current: The death penalty is applied for capital crimes.
Proposed: The death penalty is illegal and is never to be applied.

Old value:: Only adults are allowed to purchase fireworks
Current: Professionals may run licensed fireworks shows, small fireworks are legal to the general public.
Proposed: The sale of fireworks is unregulated, anyone may buy them.

Old value:: Hiring policies are regulated by local governments.
Current: The government does not regulate hiring policies.
