Message | We believe this to be a good compromise between free market ideas and big government ones. This bill simply proposes envolving the government in these areas to guarantee its acessibility for people with less economic power while respecting the involvement of the private sector in these areas. We can't keep ignoring the needs of those in the bottom, we must guarantee the dignity of all human beings and we believe this to be a great step towards that. Whether we want it or not, free market alone can't survive. Our economy may have good results but that's at the expense of those most vulnerable. A better free market is one that is controlled to guarantee economic competition and human dignity. Saki Hamasaki, Spokesperson of Change |
