MessageWhilst we welcome some of these, it is outrageous to put fwd the notion that Duvalier should remain immune from justice for his illegal actions. We also concur with the NPP.

MessageThese are the terms we have set forth. Although we are flexible, we will not break our backs to appease others. The military wing of the Tonton Militia will be confined to Port Ubuntu and will serve the Republic of Dranland if called upon. Think of us as a supplement to your armed forces.

MessageOOC: I suggest wiping the Tontons off the face of Terra once and for all, and assassinating Duvalier for high crimes against mankind. Who agrees?

MessageNo, we want the full destruction of the Militia part of the Tonton militia If that cannot be arranged, then I have no choice than consider your group a threat to national security.

MessageI don't think the militia being confined to one city is unreasonable. They can't really threaten anything when they're confined to one city.

MessageOh, and I don't see any reason or benefit to prolonging this conflict. I think it's gone on long enough already.

MessageYou have our word that we will not violate the right of Dranland and its citizens to life without violent interference. In return, we only ask that you recognise our right to form a militia and bear arms, as protected by our laws and statutes. Our presence, in times of war, can only be beneficial to national security; there was a near stalemate between us when we fought over Elbian- imagine our defence capabilities if we work together. We will submit to surprise inspections at any time, and will provide a list of all equipment controlled by the Tonton Militia in addition to those searches. Duvalier will stand trial if charges are brought against him. This is meant to be a compromise in the interests of peace, and that is what it shall remain as. We pose no threat to Dranlandian sovereignty, and will not but help Dranland to protect, defend, and serve its citizens. The military and civilian police forces are welcome to reestablish themselves in Port Ubuntu when this conflict is resolved. The ball is in your court; you can choose peace, or you can choose further bloodshed. The Dranland Xinquotang, an ardent defender of Dranlandian sovereignty, has agreed to these terms; please consider doing the same.

MessageOOC: Duvalier is gone. If we can't find him, and the Tontons can't find him, I doubt anyone else will be able to. Oh, and if you lay siege to the port, we'll use our nuclear weapons. I suggest you don't make yourselves responsible for the deaths of millions of people in the worst nuclear disaster in all of history. I want peace, but it's impossible to achieve that if so many of you are consumed with blood lust.

MessageOOC: You don't have nuclear weapons. Only well-funded governments can get their hands on weapons-grade plutonium/uranium. Don't be unrealalistic. RP a militia, not a world power

Fighting? There was no shots fired by any of my men. If you actually fought, then you had very little to show for yourself. But, as long as you have weapons, you still have the capabilities of another uprising. I trusted you once, I shall not do so again. Disarm or perish.
