| Building on our previous Indirect Tax changes ( see here http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=573105 ) the government has built a TPD13 Billion surplus, which we wish to use in order to lower the Corporation Tax from 30% to 20%, the Essential Sales Tax from 20% to 15% and the Luxury Sales Tax from 35% to 30%. These measures will serve to make the Telamese economy more competitive in attracting inward investment, encourage new business to establish themselves in a more business friendly environment and more importantly will reduce the burden on the poorest by cutting tax on essential goods. In line with our recent income tax changes, (see here http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=573260) we focus our efforts on relieving the tax burden on the poorest, while creating a more favorable environment for increasing employment.
