This Bill seeks to separate the powers and functions of The Head of State and the Head of Government.
Under this bill, The Head of State shall serve as Sovereign with the title: Prince and represent the Unity among the many different cultures of our prosperous nation.

The Head of State shall remain neutral in all political matters and may not vote or debate on any bill before the Legislature.
The Head of Government shall be responsible for forming and leading the Executive Government.
