Voting deadline: July 4418

Description[?]:

In politics it's often talked about decentralization but what is done for it? This bill puts forward a bold initiative to decentralize the cabinet and move most of our ministries away from the capital, Ishinawa, to ensure everyone's voice is heard and everyone is truly represented by the government no matter where they live. Here are the locations of the ministries:
Ministry of Head of Government- Stays in the capital, Ishinawa, Tōzan;
Ministry of Foreign Affairs- Stays in the capital, Ishinawa, Tōzan;
Ministry of Internal Affairs- Moves to Itogaki, Hokuzan;
Ministry of Finance- Moves to Heimei-kyō, Kankawara;
Ministry of Defence- Moves to Seritei, Sanko;
Ministry of Justice- Moves to Nago, Hokuzan;
Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport- Moves to Toyama, Nanzan;
Ministry of Health and Social Services- Moves to Naraihara, Tōzan;
Ministry of Education and Culture- Moves to Mangusuku, Sanko;
Ministry of Science and Technology- Moves to Kitashuto, Hokuzan;
Ministry of Food and Agriculture- Moves to Bunrukai, Nanzan;
Ministry of Environment and Tourism- Moves to Mizuho, Sanko;
Ministry of Trade and Industry- Moves to Ibarachi, Kankawara.
To take into account that these ministries will be based in these cities but they will also have representation in the capital, Ishinawa.
NOTE: For what is proposed in this bill to be overturned a 2/3 majority is required.
