Message | OOC: I just now realized that you used the proposal quota to impose the two-thirds requirement. Great idea! When I had the majority I didn't want to bring non-consensus matters to the vote, but then struggled with visibility. That's why I started that mammoth bill as soon as I had lost. This is an ingenious solution to that problem. |
