Description[?]:

Tekian Law on Factions

Senators,

The greatest evil in any Republic is corruption, that is valuing private interests and goals more than the common good and the welfare of the Republic as a whole. Which is why sectional interests are particularly damaging when granted the force of arms. Instead of fighting for the common good and dedicating their lives for the well-being of all citizens, many Selucians are now encourage to dedicate themselves to the narrow group interest of their own political faction. This is abhorrent and the beginning of tyranny, and for this reason we call for an immediate disarming of all paramilitary groups, particularly those associated with specific political parties.
