| Renard Duvalier has, via a prerecorded message broadcasted on Radio Free Dranland, ordered his generals to turn over the control of the military wing of the Tonton Militia to the Dranlandian government as a gesture of goodwill. The militia will still be funded by Duvalier until 2110 to help ease the members into the Dranlandian military; the humanitarian wing will continue to operate simply as the Tontons. |
