| 1 Dundorfische Demokratische Republik recognised following basic democratic rights and freedoms. a] right to freedom [all forms of slavery is illegal] b] right to vote and candidacy in all elections. c] right to strike d] Right to humane treatment [ Tortures is illegal in all its forms] e] freedom of press f] freedom of speech and information g] right to fair consideration of the case by an independent court h} freedom of religion i] freedom of peaceful assemblies j] freedom of association k] freedom of performing and choose profession 1.1 This rights and freedoms are available to all adult DDR citizens . 2 This rights and freedoms can be restricted,but only in reasonable reasons,if they pose a threat to the freedom of other people, health, public order and public morality, and only on the basis of the Act, and within the scope defined by it.Rights in points a,b,c,d,e,g, can not be restricted for any reason. 2.1 all adult DDR citizens are equal under the law, discrimination for any reason is strictly prohibited and punished with the highest severity of law. 3 This is Constiutional Admendment, this bill needed 2/3 to pass ,amend and repeal. |
