I, Ramata Tiyana, hereby bring this bill to debate on the floor of this House. Any sitting member, observer, or member of the public may bring forth his or her concerns, complaints, or comments in regard to the bill. There shall be a debate period of at least one month as dictated by the Parliamentary Procedures. The NDP will continue to support and expand the New Order Reforms, first proposed by former Chief Ebou Kouyaté's visionary policies and reforms.
