| Hereby the government of Cildania lays its plans for a purchase of 4 AAW cruisers, 5 first class frigates and 1 ASW destroyer in front of parliament. This purchase will cost an average of 34 billion CDC in total which will be reserved for this project and spend in phases as to not overburden our economy. Upon passing of this bill the Federal Assembly will allow the purchase of these ships and the reservation for its costs of 34 billion CDC to be made immediately. | Message | The 34 billion CDC does not directly corresponds with the deficit or gdp honorouble member of parliament. The 34 billion CDC will come directly from our treasury in which we have over 400 billion+ in reserve. The investment is needed to maintain our navy and keep it up to date as well as of decent size. Furthermore we will purchase the ships from Vanuku, one of the great powers of Majatra. This will ensure great diplomatic benefits that our country could only have dreamed of years ago. So in conclusion this purchase would not hurt the economy directly. Not only that it will give us significantly better relations with one of the great powers of Majatra. I hope you now see the necessity of this purchase. And remember. It is merely a formality that i ask parliament for consent. As the federla government has the authority to allow the purchase itself.
