MessageThe private sector is independent from the state and shouldn't be required to grant equal pay to all as this would kill the incentive to work and lead to a gross amount of inefficency. Wages should be increased on the basis of merit alone with inefficent workers either taking a cut in their pay or being fired.

MessageThis bill only stipulates that there should be no discrimination in wages. There are no positive discrimination quotas in this country, actually they are forbidden so everyone who has gotten into the professional positions they are in have merit of it. If a woman is paid less than a man despite having the same experience and occupying the same position with the same functions, then that's wrong and should be forbidden whether it's in the private sector or in the public sector. All workers deserve the same treatment whatever or whoever they are and wherever they work. We also believe this in no way kills the incentive to work, it actually makes those who have been treated as inferiors at work more incentivized to do what they should and pursue their dreams and goals.

MessageSorry if you misunderstood our statement but it wasn't an invite for you to stop acting as the opposition, we actually appreciate your opposition as a democracy can only be a true democracy if there's both support and opposition. We hope however that in important topics we can forget our differences and not let them hurt the people. We hope to have from you a constructive and productive opposition that presents valid arguments and doesn't use slurs to advance its goals and we also hope to have an active opposition that is willing to express its views whenever it's needed to represent the people who vote for it and that presents legislation that defends those people and take into account the welfare of Sekowo.
