Message | We feel as if this is an attempt to slow down progress in our nation. We are supportive of increasing the size of the legislative assembly but we are not in favor of limiting progress. Ezekiel Logan President of Dolgava |

Message | This is something we have wanted to do since we first earned our seats in the parliament. Your party didn't exist at the time, but surely you remember how, in one administrative cycle, a single party managed to rescind every protection against government overreach, revoke the rights of any person considered deviant, and lock down the country so that it became a prison. This is why our party has been pushing for the ratification of human rights treaties, alongside this proposed legislation. If your concern is that we are only proposing this now that we've passed many laws, we would like to bring your attention to the fact that private enterprise is still dominant in non-essential spheres. The vast majority of our party's tenure was reversing the damage done by the NUP. We assumed that since the issue of privatization is the main tension between our parties, rather than the existence of basic human rights, this wouldn't be anything approaching a massive issue- you would still have the quota you needed to pass most laws you desired. Nonetheless, I am willing to temper the changes in order for this to pass- we would hate to see this nation decline so quickly once again. |

Random fact: When you join the game, you will find yourself with only zero seats. That's because your party's representatives haven't been elected yet. You need to establish your party's position on issues by proposing several bills that your party wants passed and sending them to vote. This raises your visibility and if you do it enough, you will win seats at the next election. |
