| Message | Mr Speaker, I rise today to propose a cabinet. Four years ago, the Conservative Caucus decided to not offer our services to the cabinet in protest of the USPH being included and taking over the Ministry of Finance. Earlier, I announced that we are willing to re-join the cabinet, even with the USPH being included. I laid out the conditions and this proposal takes those into account. I hereby invite my Royalist colleagues in the Progressive Caucus, the New Liberal Party, and the Ultrackian Socialists to join this cabinet so that we can get back to work building on a stronger Hutori.
