Description[?]:

Mr. Speaker,

A foreign madman that openly mocks the Jelbic culture is attempting to seize control of Jelbania. He has threatened to forcefully acquire all Vanukean and Deltarian assets in Jelbania and to put all our citizens at work in mines as forced labourers. This last one is what truly brought me over the edge: this is a pure threat of genocide against the proper Jelbic culture and race!

We can not abide this! I call upon our government to draw up a plan of action in the case this madman Horse Spanker is elected [the Baron is distracted by his assistant] What? Ah.. Horseass Spencer. No? Whoreass Spencer? What are you saying, Jeztri?! [The assistant walks to the microphone] The Baron means Horace Spencer, mr. Speaker. [The assistant sits back down as a grumbling Baron von Bismarck resumes his speech] As I was saying, this HORACE SPENCER is a threat to all Vanukeans in Jelbania. We must take precautions!

MessageMr Speaker,

The rise of the Spencer Party is alarming. And it seems Horace Spencer has just been elected President with his party sweeping to victory. In the run up to this election, I spoke to the former president to explain our concerns and it was agreed that troops were needed on the ground in the northern Khaganate zone. Therefore, two divisions of peacekeeping troops are now in that area to protect our people.

My other concern is for our diplomatic staff in the Jelbanian capital and we are in constant touch with our Ambassador there to ensure their safety.

I hope in power that Horace Spencer will prove mote rational than in opposition. It is, afterall, easy to shout criticism from the sidelines not so easy to be so maverick when you are in the thick of it.

We must also be careful of international opinion: a heavy handed approach by Vanuku in Jelbania may give our critics the chance to increase negative pressure on us again and I do not wish to see us embroiled in another war.

But we will not stand idly by and any attempt to endanger our people will be met with an appropriate response from this government, Spencer has been told this. So if needs be I am prepared to move more troops into northern Jelbania to protect our people but I hope the two divisions we have deployed will suffice.
