| Beluzian Secret Service Act Article I - Purpose i) The Beluzian Secret Service Act hereby establishes an elite unit to; i-a) Ensure the physical protection to the nation’s highest elected leaders, visiting foreign dignitaries, i-b) Protect facilities and major events. i-c) Investigation of threats related the above. i-d) Protection of Beluzian currency from counterfeiting. Article II - Recruitment and Training i) Recruitment is open to anyone. ii) Recruits will need to complete an intensive 15 week course. ii-a) This course involves; coursework in police procedures, firearms, physical fitness, psychology, police-community relations, criminal law, first aid, laws of arrest, search and seizure, physical defense techniques, diplomatic immunity, international treaties and protocol. On-the-job training and advanced in-service training programs complement classroom studies. iii) Recruits who complete the initial course will then need to complete an intensive 18 week Secret Service Trainee course. iii-a) This course involves; training in combating counterfeiting, access device fraud and other financial criminal activity, protective intelligence investigations, physical protection techniques, protective advances and emergency medicine. iii-b) Extensive training in marksmanship, control tactics, water survival skills and physical fitness. Article III - Completion i) Upon completion trainees will be graduate as Special Agents and be qualified to protect dignitaries. Article IV - Cross Unit Cooperation i) The Secret Service are authorised to work closely with other law enforcement units in the execution of their duties.
