We are not against freedom of mobility but it is important to reduce emissions that damage the environment so if there are fewer vehicles on the roads, emissions are less. Furthermore, this law does not oblige anyone to use public transport or use "eco-friendly" fuels.

But... The current state of things doesn't limit anyone's right to buy or own a car.

But the current state does discourage buying conventional vehicles. Consequently, less people enjoy freedom of travel.

The current state does not discourage the use of conventional means of travel; it encourages the use of eco-friendly fuels and public transport.
