MessageMr. Speaker

We already have specific Hutorian created and enforced laws for the use of landmines. This amateur attempt to force our hand and stop us from bringing it back in an insult to the laws currently on file and an excuse by the Consumer Party simply to weaken the Hutorian Armed Forces which we will not allow. We will move that the Opposition move against this, and instead pursue the option of enforcing the Law currently on the books rather then this amateur blanket ban.
