Message | The issue we find with the first article, is that whilst capital punishment may be argued to deter normal citizens from committing homicide, those who are so ideologically swayed to commit an act of terror, or a crime against mankind do not care about the possible consequences of their actions, and will proceed with their despicable crime anyhow. |
