Bill: Lex Mutanabbia de Operistitio
Details
Submitted by[?]: Factio Republicana Socialistica
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 4436
Description[?]:
Mutanabbian Law on Strike Action Senators, Current legislation allows companies to fire employees on strike should the government grant them approval. This is unjust and unfair, as the government can fall under the influence of capital and the right to strike will then become meaningless. Strike action, legal or not, is an essential tool in the hands of labor against capital. If we are to abandon neoliberalism and capitalism we must give workers the weapons to strike against the selfish interests of capital. Haider bin Talal al-Mutanabbi Princeps Senatus |
