Description[?]:
Mr Speaker, I would like to inform the Grand Council that I will be standing down as Prefect and as Leader of the Z-MJP prior to the next election in January 4439. It has been a honour to serve this nation over the last 12 years and I believe, collectively, we have moved Vanuku forwards to a better place. My successor as Z-MJP party leader is current Finance Minister Dr Ershébef Trmékez, who will contest the election and then negotiate the way forward with the Greater Nationalists. Her Deputy will be my son, Kspar Nohsrmko Zhtál. I am sure they will make an excellent team. My thanks to you all for your support. Duke Noh Zhtál Prefect of the Grand Council |

Message | Mr. Speaker, While the decision to step down is one that saddens me I applaud Duke Zhtál for his decision and his hard work. The elections have happened, the balance has shifted slightly towards the Z-MJP yet the Greater Nationalists as a whole still seem ever-confident in their cooperation with our counterparts. Over the course of the last years I have worked together with Dr. Trmékez on many occassions and congratulate her with her 'promotion' so to speak. I wish her lots of luck. As for the future, I wish to remain the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Countess Wrntumai Kez'i |

Message | Mr Speaker, We thank the Countess for her support and look forward to working with her for many years to come. We see no need to change the current Cabinet coalition and look forward to the Countess continuing to serve as Foreign minister, a role in which she has excelled. The only exception will be Home Secretary Ashur, who after his bid to be World Congress Security Council President has decided to step down from domestic politics. I shall propose a cabinet to reflect this. Dr Ershébef Trmékez |

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action. |
