| Article I.) The Hutorian International Development Corporation will be invested as the primary agency for aiding in the reconstruction of Dovani. Article II.) The Hutorian Armed Forces will maintain forces at Northern Council Joint Operations Base (NCJOB) Paul Driscoll in New Alduria. This force will be decided internally by the Ministry of Defence. Article III.) Companies that invest in the Dovani Reconstruction Fund will be offering Tax Credits to encourage investment and rebuilding. Article IV.) Students from from Nations Affected by the Dovani War will be given priority for International Student and Education Scholarships to increase education and literacy within Dovani with New Alduria being given the highest priority. |
