MessageIt doesn't have to be cheap labour. Foreigners add productive capacity (whether at the unskilled or skilled level) which increases the country's growth and hence wealth.

The idiotic notion of 'foreigners stealing jobs' depends on a belief in the patently false idea that there is some arbitrary limit to how much work there is to be done (that limit generally being, coincidentally the exact amount of output that the country is generating at the time the idiot complains about stolen jobs). Work begets more work. There is always some unfulfilled demand that more production could address. Even if everyone had 2 ferraris in the garage, 5 plasma screen tvs and a personal helicopter, people would discover whole new things to do which would require work (e.g., the invention of things like the aircraft, the internet, etc have led to whole new industries that never existed before).

Anyway, the economic argument is largely redundant here, I'm pretty confident that the anti-foreigner stance of the fascist parties has nothing to do with protecting jobs and much more to do with preserving cultural and racial 'purity'. Unfortunately there can be no rational argument against such twisted, visceral mindlessness.
