Voting deadline: December 4443
Description[?]:
Acknowledging that a State of Emergency has been declared in response to the terrorists organisation known as Article 17 it is clear to our intelligence services that Article 17's more organised activity has been leading back to the mountains on the border with Davostag and more importantly the forests bordering Telamon in Roccato. As we can only assume that Article 17's most dangerous individuals could threaten our neighbours and cutting Article 17 being cut off with supplies is too great an opportunity to pass this bill declares that both the nations of Davostag and Telamon should be considered potential Allies in this fight. This Bill declares the following. SECTION 1. TERRORIST ELIMINATION AUTHORITY OF MAKON Article I) That Hutori shall fund a international authority at the passing of this Bill to allow for greater security cooperation between the Nations of Makon Article II) That all members agree to submit all intel about the terrorist organisation known as Article 17 and other organsations upon request Article III) That the Minister of Foreign Affairs shall sign the Treaty for Hutori if this Bill passes Article IV) That the first priorities of such an authority are to defeat the organisation known as Article 17 and Identify the individual behind the bombing of former Chancellor Jack Hill SECTION 2. MILITARY RESPONSE Article V) The Royal Armed Forces of Hutori be redeployed to areas known for Article 17 activity including the border upon international confirmation Article VI) That Military is also redeployed to areas in the border known for illegal immigration and smuggling to prevent Article 17's international operations |
