MessageThe names do not mean much. Someone can be just as proud of their Chancellor as they are of their People's Ambassador. In fact, they might be even more proud, as the title Prime Minister actually fits the Head of Gov't. Community's Legate? The Head of Gov't is appointed by the Head of State, not by the community.
