Description[?]:
UNDERSTANDING that education is an incredibly important part of life in St. Muron and Davostani. NOTING that this issue is far too important to entrust to local governments, and must be unified across the nation. ADMITTING that on selected issues, such as school selection, these may benefit from more local legislation. However, CONCERNED that for that specific issue, a Federal State is too large a division to legislate from, and that schools must, to be able to function as best as possible, choose for themselves what the policy is on this. FURTHER CONCERNED that with a non-binding national curriculum, students at different parts of the nation may be receiving different qualities of schooling. ABHORRED by the fact that this prevents citizens of our nation from easily receiving employment across our nation or from shifting schools after they move to a different Federal State. RESOLVING to rectify this situation by doubling down on the national curriculum of our nation. UNDERSTANDING that charter schools play an important role in some communities across our nation. NOTING that not all communities can gain this important resource of education as long as local governments define the laws of their regions. SURE in the knowledge that charter schools can be founded across our nation with a stronger central legislation on this issue. HEREBY PROPOSES UM01 - EDUCATION BILL OF 4444 |
