Description[?]:
UNDERSTANDING that this government already has made many of its ecological protections and laws uniform across the nation so as to ensure a uniform standard of ecological safety and security nationwide. However, CONCERNED that many of these measures are left to local governments to decide rather than to the national government. RECOGNISING that the environment is an important part of the nation of St. Muron and Davostan as a whole. FURTHER RECOGNISING that this makes the issues here extremely important, and that, for the safety of the nation's ecology, they must be authorised by the national government. ACKNOWLEDGING that, for some issues, such as the founding of national parks, the centralisation of these laws will cause a change in how funds are spent in this government. COMMITTING to perhaps, over the course of a few years, moving on to nationally funding these important parts of our nation's ecological life. However, UNDERSTANDING that this will take time, and so the changes must be done over time also. HEREBY PRESENTS UM02 - ECOLOGY BILL OF 4444 |

Random fact: Players consent to the reasonable and predictable consequences of the role-play they consent to. For example, players who role-play their characters as committing criminal offences should expect those characters to experience the predictable judicial consequences of that. |
