Voting deadline: November 4462

Description[?]:

The Tripartism principle is the principle by which Businesses, Workers Representatives and the Government, shall work together to resolve disputes in a fair, impartial and mutually beneficial way without violence or disruption in daily economic activities.

This principle shall make the Government, and by extension, the Courts and Judiciary, intermediaries and referees for any discussions held between industry and unions, and all of such discussions should be mediated without any disruption of economic activity and that there will be no withholding of pay and salaries to affected employees during such periods.

Any party dissatisfied with the outcome is welcome to appeal to the Courts for further mediation and discussion, but there will be no allowance of violent and disruptive activity to be conducted at any point of the whole mediation process, from discussions to appeals to the final judgment.

Furthermore, businesses cannot fire any workers from the union involved during or after the period of mediation for reason of the union bringing forth request for changes and mediation. Workers who believe they have been unjustly treated may appeal to the Ministry of Trade & Industry and the MTI will bring this matter forth to the police and courts for investigation and final judgment.

This policy shall be enshrined in the Constitution and cannot be removed unless by a two-thirds majority in the legislature, and this policy shall take effect immediately after its passage.

Random fact: Whilst the use of non-English languages can be appropriate for nation names, party names, constitutional titles and other variables, English is the official language of communication in the game. All descriptive texts and public communications should be in English or at least appear alongside a full English translation.
