The black market of cigarettes, tabac and alcohol is growing since they got forbidden, and is organised by criminals, as it is the only place to get them. In order to stop to groth of the black market and criminal gangs we should allow the sail of alcohol, cigarettes and tabac for adults in licensed sales. Of course we will start a program that make children aware of dangers.
