| As almost everyone voted yes to the previous bill, we'll start planning this RP. Actually I thought that it would make more sense to let Caille be the protagonist of this situation, as it has a different language and culture, and in my opinion, the most interesting one. There could be two different results for this conflict: Caille becomes an independent nation after a lot of time, effort and repression, or else it stays as an Egelian region. Personally, I'd like to make the first situation possible, since lot of RP could rise from it. Yesterday I talked with someone who was searching for socialist-communist dictatorships to join an alliance with his nation. The fact is, that if Caille becomes an independent nation, I thought that we could make it a socialist dictatorship and join that alliance. Parties with Catalan (Caillean) names would be in charge of Caille, which its nation could be controlled through a discord server, and it will have nothing to do with the Egelian parliament. Now, it'd be nice to state in which side does everyone want to be with, some basic options would be: - Neutral: You don't want the independence of Caille at all, but you think that the people should be able to choose/you don't really mind if it becomes an independent nation or stays as an Egelian region. - Separatist: You think that Caille should be an independent nation. - Unionist: You think that Caille should stay as an Egelian region. Personally, I think a short (communist/socialist) revolution and later suppression by the Egelion authorities can be played out. | Message | The Unión Demócrata Republicana Confederal will be neutral-unionist. That means that we support the right of the Caillean people to vote and decide their future, but we will campaign for them to stay in Egelion by trying to offer a better deal for the region. Moreover, we will see the Caillean independentist movement as a symptom of the problems of the nation, and we will propose national policies that will solve those problems and by extension, help to keep Caille in Egelion. However, I have an issue with using a discord server to play an independent Caille as I do not have a discord account, nor I am planning to get one. So, we will need to find another system in-game. Finally, the rules are clear that we need to obtain the consent of all users involved, so, we need the consent of the Grupos Falangistas de Egelion. After all, they represent 33% of the parliament. |

Caillean only parties will be in Caillean (Catalan) and shouldn't participate in Egelian parliament debates and votes. Sure we'll think of another alternative of Discord in that case, but first we'll need to decide if it becomes a nation or not. About GFE, they were inactive for some days, and (s)he doesn't seem to show any interest in this RP, but (s)he didn't state anything, so it's not actually our fault if we started planning this RP when everyone voted yes, except him/she, who was inactive for 2 days and didn't answer yet if he agreed on the RP or not. Already said before that (s)he should state it. |

| Message | I thought that we could start this conflict by starting several protests in Caille. I thought that my party could lead them, and being my party a left-leaning party, they could be anticapitalist and against the current government protests. The police could participate against protesters and some way lead to the idea of people wanting to separate Caille from Egelion, since Caillean people don't believe Egelion could represent them. What do you think about it? |
