| The UDRC, after consultations with all the different police unions, wants to change our nation's policy on the weapons used by our police forces. In a world where criminals and terrorists are heavily armed, we need to give a fighting chance to our police officers. This policy should come with some clear guidelines on how to use weapons, and a clear policy on how to investigate and punish officers that take advantage and abuse the monopoly on violence granted to them by society. |
